Bredon Hancock’s School Taster Session

Last week a group of sixteen Year 5 pupils attended a taster session run by Mike & some expert volunteers. The children seemed to enjoy the event and we hope to see some join us on a Wednesday evening when they reach 10!

We started with some basic bat and ball skills (which is much harder than you’d think). We then progressed to hitting the ball onto the table, many of the children were surprised at how softly they needed to hit it. The children were so engaged we were able to progress to serves and even rallies!

Watch out members! There is definitely some talent ready to come through…
